Therapist switched to Out-of-Network and now I owe money I can’t afford

I started seeing a therapist earlier this year who was in-network and only paid my co-pay. She switched practices last month and told me I can come with her to her new practice and my insurance would still be the same. However, my insurance mailed me my Oct EOB yesterday saying I owed $170. I was confused so I checked my insurance’s medical claims forms online and now I owe her $170 for every visit since Oct ($1360 in total). I checked her website and now it lists my insurance plan as one she doesn’t accept, even though she’s still listed as in-network under my insurance’s s doctor search function.

I cannot afford to pay the $1360 and don’t wanna default on it, what are my options going forward? Can I appeal it to my insurance?
