They’re going to kill my mother

My mom is in her 70’s. She has Medicare and TriCare (military insurance). She has a pacemaker and we’ve been so blessed she avoided Covid. BUT, her pacemaker battery is running out (weekly check-ins). It’s less than 10%. Last week she was diagnosed with bladder cancer that includes blood and pain. Doctor said it has not spread and they can remove it. Cannot be certain about chemo, radiation or a catheter until surgery. Here’s the best part….they WILL NOT remove this cancer until her pacemaker is replaced and they will not approve her pacemaker replacement right now. She’s decided they are going to let her die and I agree. This is a hellscape.
