Transiton to new insurance

Hello! apologies if this is asked all the time here, but I am struggling with what I should do and figured I’d take a shot at getting some solid advice from you all!

I am a 29 year old who has had student health insurance provided through my graduate school for the last 2.5 years. I am graduating tomorrow (yay!) and will lose this insurance at the end of this month. I am a Tennessee resident and have a disability that requires annual check ups at my PCP and specialist (typically). I know open enrollment through ACA is live until the 15th, but I am not sure what I should do. I also do not have any current employment that provides insurance.

Any advice?
