I went to a doctor in 2013. I really liked him and I would like to see him again but I can’t remember any part of his name or where his office was located in my city.
I tried looking through my online insurance records to see if I had any record of visiting him, but I don’t see any record of any old doctor visits on my online account.
I know I charged the visit to my insurance, so is there any way to find the old record?
