Turned 26, just filled and sent over my form to HR joining UnitedHealthcare

So I am still technically under Kaiser HMO as per my parents’ plan for H.I.
I frankly would like to stay so I went with United’s HMO plan option and looks like individual for medical+dental+vision is 93.9/pay period.

Since I am so new to all of this…is United HMO an actual facility I can go to? I last called back in Nov. of 2021 and they asked for either a plan or group policy number of which I gave them what I saw from the Benefits Overview yet it didn’t work. Anyway, my big questions are mostly like “I chose HMO but is there really a VA office/building? How the heck do I navigate their somewhat painful website…?!”

And yeah…can’t wait to join the next level up in adult life. I think I chose the right flair but hey if some mod/admin informs me what’s better let me know!
