I coming off my parent’s BCBS HMO by the end of the month and currently have no full-time job, but I have a full-time contract until August 2021. My industry tends to contract – especially when you’re starting out – so it is very possible I won’t have a full-time in-office job even after August. I don’t know where to start looking at plans and am worried about choosing the wrong one and wasting money. What would be the best plans and/or insurance companies to check out for my needs (listed below)?
- 1 dermatologist appointment/month
- 3 daily medications
- 1 therapy appointment every other week (so about twice a month)
- endocrinologist appointment 2 or 3 times a year
- A dental cleaning every 6 months
- A psychiatrist appointment every 2 or 3 months
