I’ve been on my parents’ insurance (BCBS, PPO). I’m an unemployed college student. I’m on a bunch of expensive prescription medications and I see a bunch of doctors, including a therapist, psychiatrist, and dermatologist. So, I definitely can’t lapse insurance. I’m getting married later this year. The original plan was to marry in October, but we might move up the wedding. I doubt we can move it up as soon as April, though. FiancĂ© has insurance (BCBS) through his job, but his plan isn’t as great as my parents’. It’s embarrassing how little I know about health insurance, but please spare me the lecture. Is Medicaid my best bet at this point?
EDIT: ZIP code is 21620
