unsure how i’m supposed to get the help I need.

i’m a 22 year old male with no job and only a blue cross community health plan. I have a lesion on my arm that needs treatment and to be removed and I went to the ER yesterday due to the bleeding and they just gave me some antibiotics and told me to go see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have it removed. The problem is that in order to go see a specialist with my insurance I need to have a referral from my PCP but I do not have a PCP and the one I got assigned isn’t available until mid June. I definitely don’t believe this can wait 2 months but I just can’t figure out what to do and need advice. I have around $2000 saved up thanks to the stimulus and was wondering if it would be possible to just see a specialist without insurance but a plastic surgeon sounds like it will be a lot more expensive than that. I’m just scared and stressed out and don’t know what to do and hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction for what to do.
