Wait until next year or just go now?

I have been suffering from mild diarrhea with no other symptoms, and as 26 M yr old who avoided going to doctor at all cost, I feel like this may be my first time that I have to visit a primary care doctor. Its been 2 weeks since it started.

The problem is that I have Blue Cross Blue Shield RA/TA plan, and its deductible resets on January 1st . The deductible is 400 buck, and in-network out of pocket is $5500. Coinsurance is 20%. I don’t think this is serious stuff like colon cancer or anything, but I am still worried.

What should I do? Do I just go to doctor ASAP?

EDIT: I do love diet soda, but I stopped it as soon as my diarrhea started.
