According to this EOB, my responsibility should be $320.43 for this bill, however it states that I may owe the provider $71,120,98? I’ve never seen an EOB like this and it’s very bizarre. Should I call my insurance and inquire about this, or should I wait for the bill from the hospital and see what it says?
