Started a job in Dec. Was assured when I signed up thru work that my coverage would start Jan 1, so I terminated my ACA on Dec 31. My paystub shows a deduction for insurance, but carrier says they have no record of me as a member as of Jan 7.
Work is trying to figure out the glitch, but am concerned if something were to happen in the interim. What are my options?
