21/F I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed so i asked my oral surgeon to submit a claim + x-rays to my insurance. They’re all impacted wisdom teeth covered by bone. I got the letter in the mail saying that my claims rejected because it wasn’t “medically necessary”???
I don’t know what to do at this point, because the total cost out of pocket (w. anesthesia) is 3250.
At 21, I certainty don’t have this money, I don’t know what do now.
Should i call my insurance? Resubmit my claim???
