What exactly does it mean for a short-term plan to not be renewable?

I’m considering buying a short-term health plan in Nevada to supplement my existing ACA marketplace plan. In Nevada, plans like these are unfortunately limited to 6 months. But I’m also reading that they’re “not renewable.”

What exactly does renewable mean? Does this mean I can only use it for 6 months and that’s it, I can never purchase it again?
