Because I keep returning to this option since I keep on fearing that a bilateral epididymectomy plus a bilateral removal of the entire scrotal part of my vas deferens is going to fail even after two successful/negative semen analyses. Sterilization doctors themselves are, amazingly enough, LESS worried about getting killed in a car accident or even getting murdered than they are about a bilateral epididymectomy ever failing. Seriously.
