the billing department lady is extremely unprofessional. She denied to follow up with my insurance regarding my orthopedic because she said “ Your insurance is too complicated” and “ I wish this doctors office never took your insurance”. When I suggested her to at least call my insurance she said “ No, we are understaffed”. When I followed up with my insurance they said they never even sent anything in, and i’ve been waiting for almost a month.
