Who do I call for help?

I’ve had cobra since January (dental and vision). My optometrist is telling me I no longer have coverage for contacts, only an eval. This isn’t right, is it? I thought the coverage remains the same? Who do I talk to to confirm my coverage? Would it by the TPA that is working with my employer or would it be my employer that I need to reach out too?
