Hi I’m new here so idk if this is a question I can ask but I have highmark insurance. I bought my own plan through the marketplace last June when I turned 26 in May. I liked my plan so I decided to renew it. Now there were some changes made to the plan so everyone got new cards and all that. I had to update my application a few days ago because they said when you get a new job or income changes to let them know. I realized after I did the math I was still making the same amount as what I put in my application so I finished it still snd closed out.
I don’t know if maybe that’s what affected this? But my previous therapist texted me asking if I was okay cause Highmark requested a health risk assessment. She was worried because she said the way they worded it made it seem like I was sick or in the hospital or something. Which I’m definitely not lol.
But this is the first I’ve ever heard of a health risk assessment… does anyone know what this is or why they asked for it?
