My significant other is pregnant with our first child. She is currently a CA resident and I am a TX resident. I will be starting my residency in the Houston Medical center in Jan 2022 but our expected due date is May 2022. We decided that she would come to Houston after she starts her maternity leave and she would return back to CA when her maternity leave ends. She currently has blue cross California will her insurance cover a birth out of state? Any information is helpful. Thanks!
