I am currently in PA and I am receiving medicaid. Soon, I will be moving to NC temporarily for 6 months and I will be receiving United Healthcare insurance through my workplace. I currently see a psychiatrist for my ADHD medication, but I will no longer be able to see them since I am in PA.
How will I go about changing psychistrists? I was referred to my current one in the past. Will I need another referral with my new health insurance? How does this work?
