Will health insurance cover rhinoplasty or nose job from an injury I acquired from inflicted trauma?

I have a severely dislocated and broken nose from trauma and assault by a group of men and their dog due to a dispute they had with a friend of mine in which i was unfortunately caught in the middle of. From the assualt and trauma i recieved, I have a dislocated nose that is broken in many places and totally irregular and crooked and pushed more so to the right side of my face. I went to my country to see if I could get it fixed a few years ago because I didn’t have health insurance and was recommended to have my nasal glands removed because they were inflammated and the surgeon pushed a bone to the side where my nose was dislocated so it looks even worse now…

After that surgery in my country, It makes my face look crooked because my nose appears to be pushed on one side. Imagine making a nose from clay then with your thumb you push it to the right created a deviated septum with a C shape. Looks terrible… I also have a broken jaw and a broken orbital bone on my right eye socket. As a result, my quality of life is ruined, im unable to keep eye contact with people because my nose is that badly disfigured and its hard getting a job when I can’t even have the employer maintain eye contact with, i just stay getting turned down. Its difficult for me to be independent and function productively in society.

So im wondering since i’ve aquired my broken nose from an injury from a fight were received trauma if that qualifies me to get plastic surgery or rhinoplasty. Ive read that if youve gotten an injury then cosmetic surgery or rhinoplasty should be covered. Is this correct?
