Will I owe the IRS money if my income fell below the poverty line for 2020?

I was receiving a tax credit for health insurance based on a $15,000 income that was estimated in December of 2019.

My income fell short of that in 2020. It actually fell a bit below the poverty line of $12,760 which, to my understanding, is the minimum amount you need to make in order to qualify for assistance.

Does this mean that I’m going to have to pay the IRS back in full for the assistance I received for my health insurance throughout the year of 2020?
