Will the amount in my savings affect how much I have to pay for a healthcare plan? CA

So, I have a considerable amount of checks I received as monetary gifts for my wedding. I plan to add them to a joint saving account with my husband. I have not cashed my checks in yet and was wondering if that amount will affect how much I will pay for a healthcare plan or if it just based solely on income. I do not make enough money a month to pay for a $500-$600 insurance plan. Not sure if the flair is correct to my post either. Thank you for reading.
