So I am visiting a therapist right now out of pocket, I am paying 100% for the visits and that I understand. But before she will give me any medication or start anything, she wants to do blood work, urinalysis, and an ekg. So even though I have insurance, and this visit/doctor was never referred because my family doctor has a 90 day appointment waiting period will I be charged 100% for the lab work? Or will my insurance cover it if I get the lab done at a network location?
