Recently switched to Anthem BCBS because of a job change and they denied covering for my son to have genetic testing. He has a genetic abnormality that could impact his gait as he gets older and very smart doctors are saying we should do this testing.
I want to appeal it, but am not sure how to write an appeal letter. What is important to include? Thank you.
