I got an ultrasound some 4 months ago and my insurance informed me that I was responsible for covering the first $500 as part of my deductible. Weird thing is, the radiology center never sent me a bill for the $500 or contacted me about it. Should I ask them about it? I kind of don’t want to because if they screwed up or something and forgot about it then I wouldn’t have to pay $500. But I’m also paranoid that they’ll send it to collections or something and I’ll end up having debt under name, therefore ruining my credit score.
