Advice sought in selecting health insurance coverage

I’m a 50’s Washington state male in generally good health that has been on COBRA via my former employer for my Kaiser Permanente health insurance plan for the past 17 months. My COBRA coverage will end on January 31st so I have begun the process of looking for a new plan. I need coverage for myself only.

At the outset of my journey, I see three options for me:

*Simply pick a new Kaiser Permanente plan and continue my coverage with them.

*Shop for a new plan on Washington Health Plan Finder

*Consult an insurance broker

I need to begin taking my first steps on this and am unsure where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
