I was born with a “lazy” eyelid so to speak, so I need a blepharectomy in order to fix it. I know that it’s typically covered by insurance if it impairs vision, which mine does.
My question is, would this be covered by insurance completely? Or would I still need to max my deductible on this before it’s covered?
Thank you in advance!
