Calculating AGI for ACA if married but only one gets ACA

I’m married filing jointly. My husband is about to go on Cobra after finishing employment. I’ve been on my own Cobra plan but am thinking about switching to an ACA plan for 2022. It’s cheaper for my husband to stay on his Cobra plan but as far as I know I can’t join his plan as only he was covered when he ended employment. This makes me not a qualified dependent right? Anyway if I sign up for ACA do they split our total reported AGI? Or would it be based on our total AGI even though it will be a single ACA policy? This would mean I get no subsidy at all 🙁
