Can I (18) use my parents’ health insurance without them knowing WHAT I’m using it for?

I’m sorry if these are stupid questions, I’ve never scheduled a doctor’s appointment for myself, and have no idea how insurance works. We have BCBSTX if that makes a difference.

I really just don’t want them knowing about vaccines/medication. I don’t mind them knowing I saw doctors, though.

Do I have to see the PCP on my card or can I see a different doctor for a checkup? Will I be charged more if I see a different doctor? (PCP on the card is located quite a ways away, and I really have no way to get there.) How can I keep my parents from finding out if I get vaccines with their insurance? (18y/o with a militantly anti-vax mother) Can I keep them from finding out about medications? (If not it’s no biggie, I’d just rather not hear all my mother’s negative opinions about it every day.)

I’m ok paying for things out of pocket (to a point, I’m bringing in less than $1000/month as is and I’m about to take a pay cut), I’d just like to use their insurance for whatever I can.
