I enrolled for a plan through healthcare.gov on Dec 15 with a start date of Jan 1, 2022. Since then, I realize this plan sucks and I’d like to cancel this plan and re-enroll in another plan before Jan 15, 2022 with a start date of Feb 1, 2022.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
If not, is it possible to remove one person off a family plan and get the premiums adjusted to reflect that or do you have to effectively cancel the whole plan and re-enroll?
