Hi, I’m 23 and on my parents health insurance. I’m trying to figure out if my parents can see what my doctor prescribes me through the health insurance billing. I think I can ask to pay out of pocket if so. Was thinking hippa might prevent it from being recorded but at the same time insurance companies need to know what they’re being billed for. Thank you for the help in advance. Insurance is BCBS if that matters
