I’m considering a possible move to the USA, but I really like my Canadian government health insurance. Is there any American plan or combination of plans equivalent to Canadian health insurance? I’d be willing to pay up to $2,000/month in premiums if it can provide the equivalent as my Canadian plan.
I’m at the very least looking for a plan that has 0 deductibles, 0 copays, 0 out of pocket, with 100% coverage of all possible doctor-approved medical diagnoses country-wide.
