In December 2021, I was sent a notice of annual renewal plan/rates change, with instructions to choose my plan, sign and date it, then send back to them the signed paper & updated monthly amount. Now the COBRA handler tells me the original form contains a “typo”, making my chosen lower tier of health insurance much higher this year. Can I hold them to the already exorbitant lower quote? These people constantly send me other people’s bills, etc. It’s quite frustrating and frightening.
