I had surgery on November 15 and my EOB popped up on my benefits portal within a week or two. However, the EOB has been in review ever since. I had EOBs that were fully processed and occurred after the surgery date. Why is this EOB still under review? Is this normal for a surgery? I haven’t received a bill for it fortunately but just trying to get a timeframe for when I might owe on it.
