Hi! I just got my first real job and they cover health insurance plans. I’m really confused as to which plan to choose, though. I have 4 options and I’ll be in NYC! The A3 plan seems the cheapest but is there a downside? Thanks so much!
The 2 options I’ve narrowed it down to are F3 & A3. I’ll type out some of the stuff below:
F3:
Plan type: POS
Deductible: $1,000
Out of pocket max: $4,000
Co-insurance: 20%
PCP Copay: $25
Out of network: Yes
A3:
Plan type: EPO
Deductible: $0
Out of pocket max: $3,500
Co-insurance: 0%
PCP Copay: $30
Out of network: No
