Health insurance and pregnancy question. (California but I think it applies to anywhere)

I am getting ready to buy health insurance and I want to have kids. There is a really good (kaiser, if it matters) health insurance plan that says

Prenatal care No cost

Labor and delivery fees $250 for first 5 then full price, then No cost

Postnatal care No cost

Is this going to be accurate? I feel like i’ve heard all of my life that no matter what insurance you have, you are going to be paying thousands upon thousands of dollars for having a baby. I get it might be different if its a C section or something, but assuming you are just having a standard birth, is there going to be more to this? The only thing I could think of would be the hospital stay being insanely expensive.
