I was on hold for 30ish mins and also had to wait 24 hrs for a secure email with numbers for what I was guessing was counselors and therapists. Instead I got numbers for psychiatric physicians- I’m not really aware of the differences in these fields but I just wanted therapy tbh. I did ask on the phone for “mental health providers” I should have been more specific. Should I just tell them I want counselors and therapists numbers? Last time I called when I was still on university campus they gave me numbers for my area of both therapists and counselors. But since I am back home I wanted updated sources.
