How do I know if this will count toward my deductible?

I’ve been on a specialty medication for years under a hdhp with HSA. My pharmacy used to charge my insurance $12k a month for my prescription, however, the manufacturer has a copay debit card and so my cost was $5 a month. The full cost (minus negotiated discount) always counted towards my deductible/oopm. I just moved and applied to 2 jobs that both offer cigna. Both HSA plans have different names, but on one benefits info packet, it mentioned that manufacturers coupons will not contribute to my deductible. I can’t find any info about the other plan from the employer. I’ve been trying to find out and no one seems to be able to give me a direct answer. I basically keep getting told that I’ll find out when the pharmacy charges my insurance, but I don’t want to pick this job and this plan, then I end up having to pay thousands more. The debit card has a limit to how much they’ll cover
