I have 2 jobs. Should I get 2 health insurance plans?

I have a full-time job and a part time one. Both offer fantastic health insurance plans. Should I decline one of them or if it’s OK to keep both insurances? Currently I have the consumer-directed plan with both employers because they contribute a few hundred dollars a year towards an HSA. I’m assuming it’s OK to have 2 HSAs as long as I don’t go beyond the IRS max in both combined? Context: I’m married and my partner has their own equally great health insurance from their employer. No kids. Both of us are in decent health in our 40s
