Can’t find any information about out-of-pocket maximums for specifically out-of-network costs for plans that don’t pay anything to out-of-network, like EPO plans.
Is there still like a legal limit or something that gets applied, even though you have 0 out-of-network coverage?
Or is this where the nightmare scenario you hear about comes in where people have bills in the tens and hundreds of thousands?
