I had an emergency procedure done a few months back. I knew my doctor was in network so I didn’t worry about my claims going through. Now they are saying the whole procedure is out of network because the hospital is, even though my doctor who is in network performed the procedure. They resubmitted my claims but I’m afraid they will still be processed out of network. I don’t know what to do. Is this typical?
