Insurance keeps sending paperwork regarding my healthcare to my parents address- how can I get them to stop?

I, as a 25 year old, have health coverage through my mother’s employer (at no cost to my mom so I don’t sound too ungrateful here). I’m under the impression that they should still be able to send mail regarding me to me.

I’ve been trying to get them to stop sending mail to my parents’ address since 2017 when they sent paperwork that revealed the psychiatric care I’d been receiving.

(My mom and I don’t have a great relationship and she opens mail that comes in my name to her house, also tried getting her to stop to no avail).

They keep sending mail there and I keep calling about it. They have my address.

Now they sent paperwork regarding a procedure I had done to my parents and my mom calls me freaking out about it.

What can I do to make this stop? Can I file some sort of complaint with some sort of bureau to get their attention? I live a very private life and I feel like this is a huge violation of my privacy that I should have as an adult, regardless if they’re my parents or not.
