Just had a baby in California, having trouble picking new insurance

We just had a baby, and so my partner and I are entering a special enrollment period. I have a choice between 3 plans:

  • An HDHP $2,800/$5,200 with $231/pp premiums and OOPM of $5,500/$11,000
  • A PPO $1,500/$3,000 with $421/pp premiums and OOPM of $5,000/$10,000
  • A PPO $250/$750 with $524/pp premiums and OOPM of $3,750/$7,500

I don’t know if this allowed on this sub, but I’m completely out of my depth trying to understand which of these plans is going to cost me less money over the long run. So if there are any new parents out there who also happen to know a lot about the insurance industry, HALP, please. Happy to provide more details.
