For a platinum plan with an out of pocket maximum of $4,000 and $0 deductible for a family, what does it mean when it says a specialty drug is covered at 50% in network?
If I have to pay the other 50% am I still capped at only paying a max of $4,000 out of pocket on top of my monthly premium costs? Asking because the drug I’m talking about is very expensive.
