Needing care before Insurance becomes active. What are the options, if any?

So I my employer insurance is not active until Dec. 1, 2020 but Ive started to have some symptoms that I think should be checked out. Is this next week basically just handled as if I dont have insurance or is there any other options? Sorry for the seemingly silly question but I couldn’t really find much about it. My symptoms dont necessarily seem to be getting worse, but they are causing me disruption of my daily life. I am not eligible for Medicaid any longer as my income ended my eligibility.
