New grad here, can someone help me understand the medical plans included in a job offer I received?

Please explain it to me like I’m 5.

Get paid biweekly.

They offer four medical plans: blue shield PPO, blue shield HDHP, blue shield TRIO HMO, & Kaiser HMO.

Premiums for all four plans are paid by the company. Per pay period contribution for employee only is:

Blue shield PPO: $90

Blue shield HDHP: $$70

Blue shield TRIO HMO: $50

Kaiser HMO: $90

Can someone explain this like I’m 5 and advise what may be the best plan to choose? I’m generally healthy, but do have a good amount of prescription meds I am on and have a benign condition that requires yearly visits to a specialist for imaging.
