New job health insurance – which of two plans?

For my new job, I have the option of a silver plan and a gold plan.

The Gold plan is either $30 or $60 out of my paycheck. The Silver Plan is no cost.

The gold plan has a $500 one-time copay for both ER and in-patient hospital visits, $50 copay for Urgent Care, and similar copays for a number of things. And a $3000 deductible.

The silver plan has a deductible of $5000 and no set copays. 0% coinsurance for some things in-network or 30% for other things. Only preventative care is free within the deductible.

Would it be worth it to take the Gold Plan?

If I went to the ER or ended up in the hospital, I’d likely end up paying $5000 which would be a lot, whereas I’d only pay $500 with the gold. Or if I broke my wrist and needed an x-ray, I’d pay the full $150 for the x-ray with the silver versus like $30 with the gold.

Does this sound right? Appreciate any insight!
