[OR] What plan should I look for to help cover the cost of an MRI?

For a bit of background, over the last 3-4 years I’ve been having problems with short-term memory and speech, despite being relatively young (early 30s). This problem has gotten notably worse over the past six months, to the point where I will likely forget to do something if I don’t IMMEDIATELY act on it or write it down. I have intermittent difficulty forming sentences verbally, intermittently slur my speech, have difficulty concentrating, and have significant difficulty reading due to the aforementioned concentration and memory issues. My doctor and I have addressed both stress and sleep with no change in symptoms. Suffice it to say, I want to get this checked out ASAP.

I am currently on a very basic CareFirst health plan offered by my employer (contract agency), that only covers doctors visits and prescriptions; with optional add-ons for accident, hospital stay, dental, and vision coverage. They also offer a high-deductible plan that meets the minimum value standard, so I don’t qualify for marketplace assistance, nor do I meet the income thresholds to qualify for Medicaid. I expect to make ~$26K this year and my zip is 97702.

I do however qualify for a healthcare.gov special enrollment period until August 16th, so if there is a plan that will cover at least some of the cost, I’d like to sign up for it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
