My fiancé and I are about to start IVF. We are lucky in that my insurance will cover all infertility treatment cost upto a certain amount of dollars in a lifetime. That being said, my insurance has both an in-network, out-of-pocket maximum and an out-of-network, out-of-pocket maximum. My question is, if we surpass the amount covered for infertility treatment in a lifetime but also pass our out-of-pocket maximums, will the rest be covered by insurance?
