[Pennsylvania] Ouch. Is $765-$1300/month really the best I can do for health insurance as a freelancer?

After jumping back and forth between COMPASS and PENNIE for the past 4 months, I’m finally able to see results, shop, and finalize a health insurance plan.

But, as my wife and I are making “too much money” at under $15k estimated for 2021, the cheapest available to me is about $765/month.

We’re not eligible for any APTC or CSR whatsoever.

Really wondering how you can be turned down for Medicaid and not qualify for a tax break and still be over $2k below the poverty line.
